6 Work up to a 2RM Close Grip Floor Press (15 Min)
5 max rep sets Push Press into Push Jerk start @70ish% Push Press max- from rack unless not too heavy can clean (20/25 min)
Then: strict pull up ladder. One at a time everyone does 1, then everyone does 2 and so on until you can no longer go.
Once out finish with 50 push ups
