General WU 5min then progressions
Find a 1 RM Back Squat when done move through the following strength work:
5×5 Strict pull ups (weighted if possible)
5×10 1-1-2 DB bench press 5×10 GHD Sit Ups
5×10 DB Arnold Press 5×20 straight leg sit ups
