Yards Barbell Club is for both the novice trying to learn the fundamentals as well as and advanced athletes looking to increase their totals. The Club meets three times per week.

April McGovern Kotwicki, D.C., has been practicing chiropractic in the Lower Bucks County area since 2005. Dr. April has completed additional training within the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic to obtain her certification as an Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (ICCSP). She has been a part of the CrossFit community since 2014 as both a doctor treating CrossFit athletes and as an athlete herself. She specializes in the treatment of athletic injuries, such as joint sprains, muscle pulls, and overuse syndromes. Dr. April has extensive experience in treating rotator cuff syndromes, tennis elbow, hip injuries, shin splints and other common injuries that athletes contend with often.
