I have been involved in Coaching/Training since I got my first certification, which was to teach Spin, in 1997. I spent years spinning, running, boxing, and weightlifting, always looking for new ways to challenge myself. I tried my first CrossFit class in 2010 and man was I was hooked. I went home after that first class and scheduled my CrossFit Level 1 training class. I knew I wanted to share this amazing experience with others. I have never been pushed, challenged, humbled, wrecked, intrigued, embraced, motivated or supported as I have been by the CrossFit community.
My passion is to motivate, encourage, support, and challenge people to reach their fitness goals. I take pride in the PRs and achievements of our athletes. Seeing our CrossFit Yards family cheering each other on and giving out high fives and smiles after a killer WOD never fails to move me.
To me, CrossFit is the perfect combination of humility and pride. You will get your ass kicked on a daily basis, and at the same time achieve goals that you never imagined possible.
