I have been CrossFitting for over 7 years and I can’t imagine my life without it. I lifted weights and did
cardio in a traditional gym for 15 years and after trying CrossFit once, I never went back to another gym.
The community and the workouts at Yards are like nothing I had ever experienced. You won’t catch me
