Free Trial Class
Before joining, complete the form below to schedule your Free Trial Week at our Morrisville gym. During this week, you’ll be introduced to the CrossFit fundamental movements and our instructors will teach you everything you need to complete the workouts. You’ll meet other members and see how our group training model can take your fitness to the next level! Step 2

OnRamp Class
Most CrossFit beginners need to learn basic weightlifting and gymnastics skills before jumping in to group workouts. Our 90-minute OnRamp class is designed to introduce you to CrossFit fundamentals in a gradual fashion, using light weights and plenty of practice reps. The OnRamp session is a one-on-one session with a CrossFit trainer, scheduled at your convenience (i.e. NOT during group classes).

Join the Group!
After your OnRamp session, you’re ready to join our group classes and begin your fitness journey. We look forward to seeing more of you!
