Most CrossFit beginners need to learn basic weightlifting and gymnastics skills before jumping in to group workouts. Our 90-minute OnRamp class is designed to introduce you to CrossFit fundamentals in a gradual fashion, using light weights and plenty of practice reps. The OnRamp session is a one-on-one session with a CrossFit trainer, scheduled at your convenience (i.e. NOT during group classes).
90-120 min Personal Training OnRamp Session.
Our OnRamp curriculum includes:

Wallball
The OnRamp session does NOT include a workout (although 90 minutes of practice reps will feel like one!).
After your OnRamp session, you’re ready to join our group classes!
Unlimited CrossFit classes and Open Gym. Billed electronically. Will auto-renew automatically.
Three CrossFit classes or Open Gym sessions per week. Billed electronically. Will auto-renew automatically.
Ten CrossFit classes or Open Gym sessions. Billed electronically. Expires after three months.
