If you’d like to try a class, we’d LOVE to have you join us! We offer a variety of classes each day during the week and Open Gym on Sunday. Our current schedule (as of June, 2018) is:

Monday: 6am, 8am, 9:30am, 12:15pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 6am, 8am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday: 6am, 8am, 9:30am, 12:15pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Thursday: 6am, 8am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

Friday: 6am, 8am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

Saturday: 8am, 9:30am

Sunday: 8am-11am Open Gym

Olympic Lift is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5pm-7pm

 

During your free trial, we’ll guide you through everything you need to complete your workout. We’ll also scale the workout so it’s a good match for your current fitness level. Don’t worry – we’ve worked with EVERY level of fitness and understand what it takes to start right.
