If you’d like to try a class, we’d LOVE to have you join us! We offer four classes each day during the week and one on Saturday. Our current schedule (as of February, 2015) is:

Mon & Wed
6AM, 8AM, 9:30AM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM

Tues, Thurs & Fri
6AM, 8AM, 9:30AM, 6:15PM

Sat
9:30AM

During your free trial, we’ll guide you through everything you need to complete your workout. We’ll also scale the workout so it’s a good match for your current fitness level. Don’t worry – we’ve worked with EVERY level of fitness and understand what it takes to start right.
